Stary Sącz is a small historic town in the Malopolska Voivodship. Beacuse its location at the foot of the Beskid Sądecki Mountains and historical heritage, it is visited by thousands of tourists every year.

Many bicycle routes cross in Stary Sącz. The Carpathian Bicycle Trail runs along the historic trade route from southern Europe to Krakow. Another route, the Royal Bicycle Trail, is easy. The trail refers to the historical places where kings traveled.

Stary Sącz is the perfect place for a bike trip for all family.

The city has a network of bike paths that leading to the historic market square, St. Clara, the papal altar (John Paul II) and attractions of nature. The area around the city is beautiful too. Two long and professionally prepared routes meet in Stary Sącz - Euro Velo 11 and Velo Dunajec.
